Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email box account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
